1. What is Oserth Realign Club?
Oserth Realign Club is our exclusive loyalty community where members earn rewards, unlock special perks, and enjoy a more personalized Oserth experience every time they shop or engage with the brand.
2. How do I earn points?
There are many ways to grow your balance! You earn 1 point for every 3 SEK spent on our store. You can also earn points by following us on Instagram (30 points), celebrating a birthday (250 points), and referring your friends.
3. How do I check my points balance?
Once you are logged into your account, click the Rewards icon (usually at the top left corner of the screen) to see your current point total and available rewards.
4. How do I redeem my points for discounts?
It’s easy! Once you have at least 250 points, you can trade them for a 15 SEK off coupon. Simply go to the "Ways to Redeem" section in your rewards panel, select your reward, and copy the discount code to use at checkout.
5. Can I use my rewards with other discount codes?
Our system allows for one discount code per order. You can choose to use your earned reward coupon or a different promotional code, whichever gives you the best deal!
6. How does the Referral Program work?
When you share your unique referral link, your friend gets a 50 SEK off coupon for their first order. Once they complete their purchase, you will receive a 250 points as a thank you!
